Kelly McDevitt
Kelly McDevitt is President of The Integrated Benefits Institute.
Prior to IBI, Kelly served as National Vice President, National Accounts at United Healthcare leading the Center for Advanced Analytics- a specialized analytics team focused on deep research and innovation. In addition, she led the Collaborative Ventures Group which partnered with employer coalitions such as Health Action Council, Equity Healthcare, Employers Health and Berkshire Hathaway. Prior to United Healthcare, Kelly was with Aetna for 29 years where she served in various client management and strategic leadership roles.
Joseph Aller DHA, MBA
Joseph Aller is the Director of Analytics and Research at the Integrated Benefits Institute.
Joe joined IBI in April 2021 and is responsible for a variety of research and analytic programs focused on the investment value of a healthy, high-performing workforce. Prior to IBI, Joe served as Director, Reporting & Analytics at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association where he was responsible for nationwide provider and facility quality and cost evaluation for its Blue Distinction Program designation. In addition, he has held multiple leadership roles in healthcare analytics, plan evaluation, and client reporting that drove valuable actionable insights for the industry. Dr. Aller was also Senior Director of Client Analytics for Evolent Health where he utilized predictive analytics to identify cost savings and quality interventions and Director of Health Analytics at Network Health where he led a team to provide crucial data analyses that measured plan performance and value-based initiatives. He received his Doctorate in Health Administration from Central Michigan University as well as a Master of Business Administration in business administration from Wayne State University. His Bachelor’s degree was also in business administration at Wayne State University. Brandon Roberts
Brandon Roberts is the Director or Operations and Events at the Integrated Benefits Institute.
Brandon supports enterprise-wide operations for IBI including human resources, finance, office infrastructure and business-critical operations for the Institute. broberts@ibiweb.org
Erin Peterson M.P.H
Erin Peterson comes to IBI with a background in epidemiological surveillance for chronic disease. She has most recently served as a fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention where her research focused on physical activity and active living policy surveillance. She has not only authored and contributed to several publication on these topics during her tenure at the CDC, she has also been active in leadership roles for active living research both within CDC, and between federal agencies. Erin received her Masters in Public Health with a concentration in epidemiology from the University of Texas School of Public Health at the Austin Regional Campus. Carolyn Ho
Carolyn Ho is the Director of Communications at the Integrated Benefits Institute.

Nicole Nicksic Ph.D.
Nicole joins IBI as a behavioral epidemiologist focusing on chronic disease risk factors including tobacco use and obesity. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University starting in the Center of the Study of Tobacco Products and continuing in the NCI-Funded T32 Cancer Prevention and Control Research Training Program in the Department of Health Behavior and Policy, where her research focused on tobacco prevention and control. At IBI, Nicole will bring her expertise and interests in data analysis, methodology, and health behaviors to support ongoing projects. Nicole received her bachelor’s in Clinical Laboratory Science and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. After working in healthcare, she received her MPH and PhD in Epidemiology at the University of Texas School of Public Health at the Austin Regional Campus.
