IBI’s Full Cost Estimator (FCE) models all the major components of illness-related business costs in a single online tool. Users can generate estimates of healthcare, absence, disability, WC, FMLA, presenteeism and opportunity costs based on their headcount and industry. Adding information about compensation, benefits eligibility, and wage replacement policies will produce findings targeted towards specific companies.

FCE is available for free to all IBI members.
