IBI’s explores urgent, emerging and “over the horizon” workforce health issues and make unique empirical contributions to the existing literature on workforce health, productivity and business performance.
IBI continues to expand the country’s largest absence benchmarking program (covering STD, LTD, FMLA and workers’ comp) to bring members benchmarks based on the experience of over 50,000 employers. IBI will also continue to expand its modeling capability to help members better understand the value of workforce health.
As in past years, IBI will convene industry thought leaders at three regional briefings as well as at our annual Forum, which draws more than 500 employers and suppliers to engage in educational and networking opportunities.
