Event Description:

Just ahead of New York’s paid leave law, IBI will bring together employers across many industries to discuss the perceived impact of these new regulations. Co-moderated by Dr. Brian Gifford, Research Director of IBI, and Anna Steffeney, CEO and Founder of LeaveLogic, this half-day workshop will feature several leading employers, who will share how their organizations are navigating the upcoming changes. From strategic use of analytics to restructuring existing policies, this event will address best practices in leave management and explore what these regulatory changes mean for employers.
