Improving the health and wellbeing of people increases their potential to contribute.

Advocate Health Care (AHC), the largest health system in Illinois, is recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Chicago, employing more than 35,000 associates. Inspera Health and AHC have a 13+ year relationship focused on improving the health and wellbeing of health plan members living with multiple chronic conditions (MCC).

In 2014, AHC implemented an integrated health improvement strategy for people with MCC. They knew if they could improve this population’s lifestyle, and therefore health, the positive changes would impact many areas beyond simply medical costs, including: increasing workplace engagement and productivity, reducing absences, and eventually reducing long-term health spend. Hear about this initiative in this pre-Forum webinar.
