Jim Huffman MSHCT
PRESIDENT
Jim Huffman is President of The Integrated Benefits Institute.
With over 25 years of experience in employee benefits and health care, Jim brings a unique perspective developed from senior roles leading global employee benefit programs for Fortune 100 corporations, serving as a strategic consultant & advisor to hundreds of large and early-stage companies, as well as operational experience in the health insurance industry. Jim serves in several industry association leadership roles including a member of the Board of Governors for the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), a member of the Business Group on Health (BGH), a member of the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), and a past Board member at the ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC). Jim holds a Master of Science in Health Care Transformation from the University of Texas at Austin.
Brandon Roberts
VP OF OPERATIONS AND EVENTS
Brandon Roberts is the Director or Operations and Events at the Integrated Benefits Institute.
Brandon supports enterprise-wide operations for IBI including human resources, finance, office infrastructure and business-critical operations for the Institute.

Carole Bonner MET, MSAS
RESEARCHER
Carole brings broad based skills in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis. She is proficient in SQL, SAS, R, Advanced Excel, and Power BI. She brings corporate and consulting experience to the role focused on employing mathematical and statistical modeling, measurement, and research to analyze business issues and translating them to palatable insights. Carole holds a Master of Science in Applied Statistics, a Master of Engineering in Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences.
Sera-Leigh Ghouralal PhD.
RESEARCHER
Sera-Leigh joins IBI as a Researcher. She completed her Ph.D. in Administration and Leadership, with a focus on non-profit organizations at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a feminist scholar, and her own research interests includes understanding the impact of the pandemic on university employees. Sera-Leigh brings her extensive experience and interests in data analysis, methodology and research writing to IBI. Sera-Leigh holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Psychology at the University of Liverpool, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Westminster College, Missouri.
