IBI is expanding its research capacity with the addition of a Research Associate.

Company

Founded in 1995, the Integrated Benefits Institute (IBI) is a national member association focused on employee health, wellbeing, and productivity. Business leaders, HR professionals, and consultants from multiple industries join the IBI community to access independent research, analytics tools, and educational/networking opportunities to be able to strategically invest in the health of their workforce and maximize productivity and performance of their businesses.

This includes conducting literature reviews, analyzing research data, conducting one-on-one and focus group interviews, co-authoring peer-reviewed journal articles and non-technical white papers, blogs, and presenting in webinars and at professional and scientific conferences.

The RA will also participate in targeted analytics projects that draw on IBI's database of millions of disability insurance claims from thousands of employer-provided benefits programs (IBI Benchmarking), and from other proprietary and publicly available data sources (such as National Health Interview Survey, Health and Retirement Survey, etc.).
