Here we offer "Integration 101", a quick course on basic information for employers and others interested in "Integrated Benefits." There are two common pieces to integration, commonly known as health and productivity management and integrated disability management.
This approach recognizes that the workforce is an employer’s most valuable asset. The power here is that employees also recognize that their health and ability is not only essential to their ability to support themselves and their families but also to enjoyment of all their activities of daily living, including recreation and family life.
In this section, we deal both with common themes across employers and the rich variety in alternative approaches.
We will continually add information to our Integration 101 section as results become available from all of IBI’s various programs and projects.
